Are you a marketing expert with experience in social media who thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment? We’re looking for you! What will you do? As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all marketing activities within our company. Working alongside our enthusiastic marketing team, you’ll set up new marketing campaigns and lead the team. You place great emphasis on personal development, both for the team and the organization as a whole. Elevating our current online and offline communication to a higher level is a top priority for you. You aim to attract more followers, build a stronger connection with our target audience, and develop unique concepts.
A significant part of your role involves developing a new content marketing strategy that effectively reaches our target demographics. You’ll formulate a fresh strategy for (online) communication tailored to various platforms and audience segments.
You will be the one responsible for shaping our digital communication. Your focus will be on expanding our brand awareness across various digital channels, working closely with the team to create compelling content. This includes crafting different types of content for diverse social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Think of creating stories, images for posts and ads, SEO/SEA optimization, banners, and short videos. You will also work on enhancing our positions in search engines.
What do you bring to the table?
- Education or background in Marketing & Communication.
- Experience in marketing and leadership roles.
- Ability to develop a new marketing strategy and implement it across all online and offline activities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation with a passion for storytelling.
- Knowledge of online marketing possibilities (SEO & Google Analytics).
- Creativity and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Experience with Adobe software (Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are a must).
- Proficiency in both written Dutch and English.
- Availability for a minimum of 24 hours per week.
