Are you a passionate operational manager with experience in e-mobility, looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment to showcase your talents? Do you thrive on working internationally? Then we’re looking for you! As the Steppi operational manager, you will be responsible for the entire Steppi process, both nationally and internationally. Steppi launched in Valencia in 2022, and we need you to manage all operational aspects. This means leading and motivating a team to grow Steppi in the Spanish way in Valencia, with the intention to expand further across Spain. You’ll ensure our customers receive the best service, including answering inquiries, solving problems, and tackling challenges. Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus. It’s also crucial that you adopt a solution-oriented and creative approach.
What do you bring to the table?
- Experience in growing small businesses (start-ups).
- Previous experience in an operational role with team leadership.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Creative and solution-oriented thinking.
- Excellent command of the English language (required), knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.
- Customer-friendly and capable of providing high-quality service.
- Willingness to travel to Spain or reside in Valencia.
- Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Partnership and Growth
We offer a unique partnership opportunity. During the first 3 months, which serve as a trial period, you’ll receive a fixed base salary. After this trial period, you’ll become eligible for profit sharing after six months, creating a partnership with us. If we open multiple locations in Spain in the future, your responsibilities will also extend to these locations.
