Introduction

Noorderdam Real Estate, a collaboration between two Groningers and an Amsterdammer, with a primary focus on Amsterdam real estate. We created the branding for Noorderdam Vastgoed, placing a strong primary focus on creating a logo. The logo symbolizes the distance between Groningen and Amsterdam; this is represented by the two O’s, aligning with these cities on the map of the Netherlands. The starting animation accentuates the impact of the two O’s. The website has a clean aesthetic with a modern look and feel
